The workers in the vinyard..

well, we are quite buizy theese days. we are in ashton, doing evangelisme at the farmes.here it is just like in the days of the bible.. the workers wait on the corners of the roads to be hired for the day. and here is plenty of vinyards, so the parabels fitts very well:)

anyways.. we have only been here for a week, but it feels a like a lot longer ´couse of the tight program. lots of school minestry and such.every day people respond to the gospel or get healed, or both. one day we went to a hospits (home for sick and dying people) to sing and pray for the pasients, and to people recieved Jesus:) soo encouraging.

keep praying for us, that God may use us for his glory. tomorrow there´s a wedding in town!! glory to god.

I myself are also doing good. I miss Erlend.. but I´m well.

A short story..

we were heading out to a farm this afternoon, but we just thought we´d check out this township, and see if there wherer people hanging out at the corners. we drove around for a while, and then we desided to have a streetmeeting beside a soccerfield. So we put up our pa system( good old PA) and did a couple of dramas and of course preached the gospel. the kids where really noicy and seemed to not pay attention, but we did the "altercall" anyways, and in the middle of theese troubled kids, a 13 year old boy stood up and stepped forward to recieve christ. we prayed, he cried, angels rejoiced. - After that we went to the farms, and visited some famelies (vinyard workers..) Three people got heald, and the team is just left amazed by the glory and greatness of God. amen.

We are here!!! safe n sound. The weather is nice, and we are doing good. Minestry starts tomorrow, when we go to Ashton, a suburb two hours away from here. We will work with farmers there, and one of our tasks is to arrange a wedding for a newly saved couple.It is really a testemony to the village that they ge married, so pray that a lot of people come to vitness the event>)

We are doing good. We are really exited about the stay, and we have lots of good minesrty in store.

In one week and four days we are on our way to South Africa!! Fun fun. We are so excited. Our motto - or theme is "IT IS POSSIBLE" ! And that is so true: Everything is possible with God.
